The registration fee for the 2005 Ozark UFO Conference is $45.00 per person, if paid in advance (through April 2, 2005) or $50.00 at the door.  Registration fees should be paid by check or money order (no credit cards) made payable to OZARK UFO CONFERENCE FUND,  and may be mailed with the form below to:
